As a Sales Consultant in an insurance company, you will be in charge of identifying potential clients, cognizance their insurance needs, and propose suitable insurance policies. Your goal will be to build and maintain good relationships with the clients, assuring and insuring that they the right coverage to protect their assets and financial future | As a Customer Service representative in an insurance company, you will be the first liaison for policyholders. Your starring role is to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring customer contentedness. This position handles variety of tasks including policy information, exact processing, and general support. | As a Retention Specialists in an insurance company, your primary is to retain existing clients and policyholders by addressing their policy concerns, offering good service, and providing solutions to prevent cancellations of policies. |
Responsibilities
– Sales Consultant :
- Identifying and targeting potential clients through networking and referrals.
- Developing and maintaining sales funnel of prospective clients.
- Schedule meeting with clients to have a better understanding of their insurance needs and recommend policies as necessary.
- Provide details on the available insurance policy and services.
- Build and maintain good relation with clients by providing post-sale service and conduct follow-ups with the clients.
- Stay alert about the industry trends and analyze market data to discover sales opportunities and strategies.
- Work with other internal teams to ensure smooth policy insurance and claims processing.
- Manage sales target and submit reports to management.
Customer Service Representative :
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Give details about insurance policy, coverage options and policy terms.
– Assist customers in solving their issues and concerns and take complicated issues to higher-level and management if needed.
– Guide customers through necessary forms and information and follow-up on the status of claims for timely resolution.
– Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints.
– Ensuring all customer interactions comply with company’s rules and regulations and handling sensitive information securely.
– Work closely with other departments.
– Stay up-to-date on market trends.
Retention Specialist
- Reaching out to customers who shows desire to cancel or are at risk of cancelling their policies.
- Identify the reasons for customer dissatisfaction and provide solutions .
- Reviewing customer accounts to ensure they have best coverage at competitive rate, while providing policy renewals, changes, and updates to retain customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data and generate regular reports on retention activities, success rates, and areas of improvement.
- Work closely with other departments and coordinate with team members for developing and implementing retention strategies and campaigns.
- Maintaining detail records.
