Executes and reviews market activations of all new company products and services in the area. Formulates the account development growth plans and objectives per area key account. Follows up on all due accounts and ensures adherence to set trading terms. Advises on required network coverage sites in area territories to align network coverage to areas of economic activity. Provides input in the Network Roll Out Plan for the area. Leads and develops area staff to achieve regional objectives. Identifies training needs and implements training and development plans for staff. Ensures systems, policies and procedures implementation and adherence (i.e. Technical, IS, SHE, Human Resources, Finance, Customer Experience, among others) to avoid fraud, injury and sickness while preserving organizational assets.
